Here's Fratelli Rocchi!
Another week is gone. A quiet one, with nothing to sign.
And what about you? Have you got any good news?
This time we decided to talk about pizza!
Who doesn't know about it? Who's never tasted it?
We asked to who is by our side in the last 3 years!
Luca is a very good boy: always on time, professional and with a real calling for pizza.
And as everyone of us, he has his favourite one: the Reginetta Margherita.
It's his new interpretation of the classical recipe of Pizza Margherita but took it up in quality thank to some changes: yellow tomato sauce, with a very gentle taste, and buffalo mozzarella cheese make this pizza a real delicacy with a unique and a fresh smell.
Luca definitely fell in love with this, mostly for its simplicity. After all, he always says that simple things are the best.
- 100g of pizza mixture
- 80g yellow tomato sauce
- 100g of buffalo mozzarella cheese
- 60g of fresh small tomatoes
- Extravergine Olive oil
What's better than the explanation of an expert?
Here it is how Luca prepare Reginetta Margherita.
" I roll out the Pizza mixture, giving it an exact round shape. Then, I add the yellow tomatoes sauce and the small tomatoes.
Now pizza can be baked in the wood oven: around 2 minutes and it's ready!
Once is out, I put on slices of buffalo mozzarella cheese (raw, of course!), a little bit of olive oil and some basil leaves: it doesn't need anything else at all!
Pizza is ready to be tasted! This won't disappoint you: you'll enjoy it bite after bite!
Well, it's our time to go.
We'll leave you, we're going home to try Luca's recipe!
See you soon… and Hurray for our Toscana Bella!
