This brightly ruby-coloured wine is dry and harmonic to the taste,
with fruity and floral notes of violet and marasca cherry.
Its consistent aroma makes it a strong wine, perfect with pappardelle al cinghiale
(
pappardelle with boar sauce), red meat and savoury dishes.
Tip: Chianti wine has to be aerated before tasting,
in order to savor its taste at the finest.
The bottle has to be opened a few hours in advance,
and it has to be served at a temperature of 16/18° C in a large wine glass,
to enhance its aroma.
