Our spaghetti are simple and natural just like by tradition.
Not only that: they still follow the machining process of 50 years ago:
drawing with bronze shapes to make the surface rough and porous,
slow drying (up to 50 h!) and low temperature to give the spaghetti high digestibility and perfect consistency.
Each sauce is suitable for spaghetti, but our favorite pairing is undoubtedly with
Garlic, oil, chili and parsley:
amaze us every time for simplicity and taste.
