MAREMMANO (sheep cheese ) is produced in the pastures of the upper Tuscan Maremma in a hilly area rich in olive trees, made with freshly milked milk and slow and accurate processing. The result is a soft and supple texture with an aromatic smell. The taste is typical of pecorino with a pronounced flavor. It is aged for at least 12 months and is ideal to be eaten simply sliced, grated on a first course or to be consumed with jams or honey.
