Our PEPATELLO (row ham) is a thigh pulp obtained from selected local porks.

After boning and salting, the legs are covered with pepper to pass on to seasoning.

With a strong and savory flavor, its color alternates from bright red to pink and leaves an aftertaste of spices and pepper.

All these characteristics make this salami an excellent product for appetizers and aperitifs that will bring a bit of Tuscany to your home.
