SALAMI WITH WINE "MORELLINO DI SCANSANO DOCG" - 200 GR -
This salami is made from pure pork meat
with the addition of "Morellino di Scansano DOCG" wine.
After creating a mixture of meat and wine, the salami is given its shape.
At this point the salami is dried in a cell with a controlled temperature, then aged from 25 to 35 days.
This wine gives the salami a burnished red color.
With a distinct taste where the aromatic notes of the wine are enhanced,
but not salty with a hint of garlic and pepper.
A salami with a strong personality with the characteristic intense aroma of cured meats. A perfect mix of Tuscan flavors.
The addition of Morellino wine makes it truly unique and special ideal for aperitvi,
appetizers maybe accompanied by cheese and croutons...like a real Tuscan cutting board that respects...a good glass of wine and enjoy your meal!
