The truffle salami is a 100% pure pork salami with the addition of truffle.

The next step is to bind and place on the drying trolleys in a temperature-controlled cell, at this point we proceed with the maturing that can vary from 25 to 35 days.
This salami is red with black dots due to the addition of truffle.
Its smell is typical of cured meats with a strong and tasty truffle scent.
