This wine needs no introduction. It is born in a very special area with particular climate and terrain. This way we are provided with a prestigious wine, which is undoubtedly one of the best in the world. If you love wine, there has to be a bottle of Chianti D.O.C.G. in your cellar. This brightly ruby-coloured wine is dry and harmonic to the taste, with fruity and floral notes of violet and marasca cherry. Its consistent aroma makes it a strong wine, perfect with pappardelle al cinghiale (pappardelle with boar sauce), red meat and savoury dishes.   Tip: Chianti wine has to be aerated before tasting, in order to savor its taste at the finest.
