Olives are cold pressed giving our oil a delicate and balanced flavour, with hints of pine nuts and vanilla. Its colour is deep bright green, with golden highlights. It’s the perfect condiment for every Tuscan dish, especially if used raw. It will give every dish a unique taste!   Tips: here in Tuscany we have the “fettunta”, the typical slice of toasted bread with olive oil. It’s as simple as it is perfect in order to fully taste the olive oil. To make a fettunta, simply slice some good homemade bread and roast it on a grill pan. Here are all the secrets to bring an appetizer to the table which makes everyone happy and perfect to start a dinner. The bread for Bruschetta. Let's start with the bread, which is the basis of this recipe. The Tuscan one is perfect, because it has a compact crumb which remains crunchy while absorbing the seasonings well. We took care of that; after many tests we have created the crucified bread, ready for use; crunchy Tuscan bread. The seasoning Use our tomato for Bruschetta.
