Let’s start by saying that, after dozens of tests, we have found our perfection. Yes, we tried many, until we created what made us really happy. So was born the Pesto Rosso with Truffle. Our red pesto with truffle is a delicious pesto made with dried tomatoes and summer black truffle, all crushed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The combination of these ingredients gives life to a pesto with a dark red color, with a delicious and pronounced taste at the right point. "Summer black truffle" gives a pleasant and delicate aroma, a typical flavor, decisive, but not excessive, lighter and less persistent than the other truffles. This makes it balanced and highly appreciated, suitable for everyone, including for those who do not like much product. This pesto is ideal for seasoning pasta dishes, hot and cold, to accompany meat dishes, prepare croutons and stuff sandwiches. Minimum purchase a jar of 100 gr. The element that distinguishes this pecorino from the others, which gives it a truly unique taste, as well as being produced with an excellent milk of sheep grazing in a fantastic hilly area, is the presence of the king of spices: PEPPER, of which the shape is totally covered by it. This Tuscan pecorino cheese with cream white paste, soft and crumbly that crumbles in the mouth as if it were a chalk, is in fact defined as "chalky paste". This type of pasta is obtained by working on a process of acidification directly on the curd. The rest time of the shapes is 2 months at this point they are laid inside wooden boxes filled with PEPPER.  Of this cheese you can also eat the crust, indeed we say that it is a must do. A pecorino cheese that combines the particularity of its granular paste to that of its pepper crust...a combination of texture and flavor that releases a sensation that few cheeses can give to its taste. While the cheese crumbles literally in the mouth we can feel the pepper with its spicy flavor expose with vivacity. You can’t help but try this one-of-a-kind product.
