This sauce is simply different from all the other ones. It’s really special to us, and and we’ll explain why. This is how we feel every time we enter the kitchen, and our Mother is preparing boar ragù. Suddenly we start dreaming, drifting away to the time of our childhood, and we are transported back to our Grandma’s kitchen. And she’s there, with her flower printed apron, busy cooking, sometimes taking a look at her oily and tomato-stained cooking book. You already got the picture for sure: our boar ragù still follows our grandma’s recipe by heart. To us, this is pure emotion, and we want to share it with you. When one talks about Pasta sauce, one immediately thinks about tomato sauce with fresh basil. This is a true classic sauce, one that you will undoubtly find in every Tuscan home thanks to its simplicity and goodness. There are numerous different recipes around, and every family has one of its own! We would like to present you with our own recipe:  carefully selected organic ingredients, such as tomatoes, onions, carrots and basil produce a marvellous sauce, healthy and tasty at the same time. A little tip for you: don’t put the sauce straight on your pasta before consumption. Cook it together with the pasta for one minute, stirring often, so that the pasta can absorb the sauce’s flavour. Been to Il Sugo all'Aglione? We worked on it a lot but we finally went into production with the new sauce exclusively for Fratelli Rocchi. Aglione sauce. It is the perfect sauce for Spaghetti in full Tuscan style. How many pasta dishes have we prepared in our life? How many have we tasted? How many sauces of how many restaurants have we tried? More than a lot. This comes precisely from the project of developing one of the apparently simpler but incredibly complex sauces to make if you want to achieve the perfect balance for an Italian palate. Aglione is a recent rediscovery of a garlic, produced in Tuscany, the size of an orange and with a very delicate flavor, more delicate than traditional garlic. It fits perfectly with spaghetti. To prepare the garlic sauce, we used only basic ingredients of Tuscan cuisine: extra virgin olive oil, garlic and tomatoes that recall the sunny Tuscan countryside. Spaghetti all'aglione is a simple first course to prepare, very tasty, genuine and savory. The sauce we have prepared may not be perfect but it is something that is very close. Look at the production of our Federico, the chef in the laboratory. As you can see, the production is small and each step is completely artisanal, so hurry up, we can produce a little sauce every day. Minimum purchase one pack. This simple but tasty sauce is made with tomato pulp and mixed vegetables: eggplant, carrots, zucchini and peppers. The vegetables, which are used, are carefully selected from the garden as our grandparents once did and give it a light taste and a mix of fresh colors reminiscent of summer. It is also suitable for those who do not appreciate vegetables very much since they are reduced to a nut not too large. Do not love the diced vegetables...you can always blend and get a fantastic cream of vegetables that, why not, can also be used on crogiato bread and create crotini for your appetizers or appetizers.
