We wanted to find the perfect Spaghetti for you, made just like they used to, and in the end… we found them! Our Spaghetti still follow the original preparation process, that dates back over 50 years. We are talking about the bronze-drawing that makes their surface rough and porous, and slow drying (up to 50 hours!) at low temperatures, for easily digestible spaghetti with a perfect consistency.
